Minerva Ventures Fund Increases Kesar India Stake to 6.99%

Minerva Ventures Fund has disclosed a substantial acquisition of shares in Kesar India Ltd, increasing its total holding to 6.9932% of the total share capital. The acquisition, executed through open market purchases, involved acquiring 1,178,000 equity shares. Prior to this, Minerva Ventures Fund held 1,097,200 shares, representing 3.51% of the company's total share capital. The total holding post-acquisition stands at 2,275,200 shares. The disclosure is made under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
