Kesar Petroproducts Reappoints Whole-Time Director Ramjan Shaikh

Kesar Petroproducts Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 14, 2026, approved and recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Ramjan Kadar Shaikh as Whole-Time Director for a second term. This re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The board also approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report. Additionally, the company fixed the dates for the closure of the Register of Members and Transfer Books for the AGM, scheduled for September 28, 2026. Mr. Pankaj S. Desai was appointed as Scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
