Kesoram Industries Subsidiary Cygnet Sees Management Change

Kesoram Industries Ltd announced a change in control and management of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cygnet Industries Limited. This change follows a Share Purchase Agreement dated December 04, 2025, with Frontier Warehousing Limited. The Board of Directors of Cygnet approved several appointments, including Mr. Gautam Agarwalla and Mr. Amit Agarwalla as Non-Executive Non-independent Directors, and Mr. Achintya Pal as Whole-time Director. The Board also noted the appointment of independent directors and a new Company Secretary, while accepting the resignation of the previous Company Secretary and three Non-Executive Independent Directors. The change in management does not alter Kesoram Industries' shareholding in Cygnet, which remains a wholly-owned subsidiary.
