Keystone Realtors Q2FY27 Pre-Sales Hit ₹1,423 Cr, Up 84%
Keystone Realtors Ltd (Rustomjee) announced strong unaudited financial results for Q2FY27. The company achieved its highest ever quarterly pre-sales of INR 1,423 Crore (₹14.23 billion), an 84% year-on-year increase, driven by luxury and super-premium projects. Half-yearly pre-sales reached INR 2,041 Crore (₹20.41 billion), 41% of the full-year guidance. Two new projects were commenced in Q2FY27 with a total GDV of INR 2,242 Crore (₹22.42 billion), including a commercial project. EBITDA grew 100% YoY to INR 74 Crore (₹0.74 billion) with margins expanding to 14.5%. PAT surged to INR 101 Crore (₹1.01 billion) from INR 10 Crore (₹0.10 billion) in Q2FY26. Revenue from operations for Q2FY27 was INR 4.97 billion.
