KG Balakrishnan Sells 12.5 Lakh Shares in KG Denim Ltd

K G Balakrishnan, a promoter of KG Denim Ltd, has sold 12,50,000 equity shares, representing 4.88% of the total share capital. The transaction was an off-market, inter-se transfer between promoters. Prior to the sale, K G Balakrishnan and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) held 1,63,93,016 shares (64.00%). Post-sale, their holding has reduced to 1,50,58,956 shares (58.74%). The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at 2,56,37,825 shares.
