B Sriramulu Acquires 12.5 Lakh Shares in KG Denim Ltd

B Sriramulu, a promoter/promoter group member, has acquired 12,50,000 equity shares in KG Denim Limited through an off-market inter-se transfer between promoters. This acquisition increases his direct holding. Prior to this, B Sriramulu held 13.49% and PACs held 58.74%. After the acquisition, B Sriramulu's direct holding is 47,08,659 shares, while the PACs' holding remains 1,50,58,956 shares. The total share capital of the company is 2,56,37,825 equity shares.
