KG Denim: Chairman Re-designated, MD & Director Re-appointed

KG Denim Ltd announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting held on August 4, 2026. Mr. K.G. Baalakrishnan has been re-designated from Executive Chairman to Non-Executive Chairman, effective August 4, 2026, stepping down from executive responsibilities while retaining his chairmanship. Additionally, Mr. B Sriramulu has been re-appointed as Managing Director for a three-year term starting November 3, 2026, and Mr. R. Selvakumar has been re-appointed as Whole-time Director for a three-year term starting August 7, 2026. These appointments are subject to member approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. All three directors have confirmed they are not debarred from holding office by any regulatory authority.
