KG Petrochem Re-appoints Directors, Appoints New Independent Director

KG Petrochem Ltd announced changes in its directorate following its 46th Annual General Meeting held on August 26, 2026. The company's members approved the re-appointment of Mr. Manish Singhal as Managing Director, Mrs. Prity Singhal as Whole Time Director, and Mr. Gauri Shanker Kandoi as Chairman cum Whole Time Director, all for a further period of three years effective August 1, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Anjal Kejruwal was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term starting May 27, 2026. All appointed directors are affirmed not to be debarred from holding office by any SEBI order.
