KG Petrochem Reappoints MD, Directors for 3 Years

KG Petrochem Ltd announced changes in its management following its 46th Annual General Meeting held on August 26, 2026. The company re-appointed Mr. Manish Singhal as Managing Director, Mrs. Prity Singhal as Whole Time Director, and Mr. Gauri Shanker Kandoi as Chairman cum Whole Time Director, each for a further period of three years, effective August 1, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Anjal Kejruwal was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term from May 27, 2026. All appointed directors have affirmed they are not debarred from holding such positions by any regulatory authority.
