Khadim India Approves Audited Financial Results for FY26

Khadim India Ltd's Board of Directors approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The results, reviewed by the Audit Committee, received an unmodified opinion from Statutory Auditors M/s. Ray & Ray (Chartered Accountants). The board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. Ray & Ray as Statutory Auditors for a second term of 5 years, subject to member approval at the upcoming AGM.
