Khadim India Re-appoints Ray & Ray as Statutory Auditors

Khadim India Ltd's Board of Directors re-appointed M/s. Ray & Ray, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors for a second term of 5 consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 45th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 50th AGM in FY 2031-32, subject to members' approval. The board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, with an unmodified opinion from the auditors.
