Khyati Multimedia Entertainment Ltd has informed about the filing of an application for re-classification of certain promoters from the category of ‘promoter group’ to ‘public’ in terms of Regulation 31A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The application was filed with BSE Limited on 23rd January, 2026. The company will keep BSE informed of the developments in relation to the reclassification application in accordance with SEBI LODR.
