Kilitch Drugs Director Resigns Due to Personal Commitments

Kilitch Drugs India Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Venkita Subramanian Rajan from his position as Non-Executive Independent Director, effective immediately. The resignation is attributed to pre-occupation and other personal commitments. Consequently, Mr. Rajan will also step down from his roles as Chairman and/or Member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholder Relationship Committee. The company has filed the necessary disclosures with the stock exchanges.
