GHV Infra Projects: Independent Director Resigns, CFO Appointed

GHV Infra Projects Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Ravi Kumar Seth as an Independent Director, effective October 22, 2026. Concurrently, the company appointed Mr. Salim Yahoo as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) from the same date. The board also approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, along with the limited review report from statutory auditors Manubhai & Shah LLP. Changes in authorized Key Managerial Personnel under Regulation 30(5) were also approved.
