GHV Infra Projects Board Approves Unaudited Financials, Appoints New CFO

GHV Infra Projects Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on October 22, 2026, approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The company also approved the appointment of Mr. Salim Yahoo as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) effective October 22, 2026. Mr. Yahoo brings over 30 years of experience in financial management. Additionally, the Board noted the resignation of Mr. Ravi Kumar Seth as an Independent Director, effective the close of business hours on October 22, 2026. Changes in authorized Key Managerial Personnel for Regulation 30(5) of Listing Regulations were also approved.
