Kimia Biosciences: Independent Director ceases, New Non-Executive Director appointed

Kimia Biosciences Ltd announced significant management changes following a Board Meeting on April 18, 2026. Ms. Richa Gupta ceased as an Independent Director with effect from April 14, 2026, upon completion of her second consecutive term/maximum tenure. Concurrently, Mr. Amulya Kumar Nayak (DIN: 11667557) was appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent Category) from April 18, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved a modification in the re-appointment terms for Mr. Sameer Goel, Managing Director, making him liable to retire by rotation.
