Kingfa India announces 42nd AGM on Sep 28, 2026; proposes ₹20 dividend

Kingfa Science & Technology (India) Ltd has announced its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 11:30 AM IST via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. The company will consider the adoption of audited financial statements for FY 2025-26 and propose a final dividend of ₹20 per equity share. Additionally, the AGM will address the re-appointment of Mr. Sun Yajie as a director and the appointment of Mr. Wang Dazhong as Chairman & Managing Director.
