KFIL Completes 35 MW Solar Plant Expansion at Jalna

Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited (KFIL), a subsidiary of Kirloskar Industries Ltd, has announced the completion and commencement of operations for an additional 35 MW DC Solar Plant at Mantha, Helas, Jalna, Maharashtra. This expansion increases the total solar plant capacity at Jalna to 105 MW DC. The project cost approximately ₹97 Crores and was financed through borrowing and internal accruals. The generated power will be used for captive consumption, aiming to reduce power costs.
