Kirloskar Oil Engines Sets Record Date for Final Dividend

Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited has announced the record date for the declaration of its final dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26 as July 31, 2026. The company's 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 7, 2026, via video conferencing. The register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from August 1, 2026, to August 7, 2026, inclusive, for the AGM and dividend declaration. Members eligible for the dividend will be those whose names appear as beneficial owners or registered members by the close of business hours on July 31, 2026. E-voting facilities will be available from August 4 to August 6, 2026.
