Kirloskar Oil Engines' Subsidiary Gets Business Commencement Approval

Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Kirloskar Advanced Systems Private Limited (KASPL), has received approval for commencement of business from the Registrar of Companies on May 19, 2026. This follows the receipt of ₹9 Crore towards the subscription amount from subscribers to the Memorandum of Association. KASPL will operate in engineering and industrial business segments, including defence and railways.
