Kitex Garments Appoints Bijoy Philipose as Independent Director

Kitex Garments Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Bijoy Philipose as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective June 30, 2026. The appointment, approved unanimously by the Board of Directors based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, is for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Philipose is the promoter and Managing Director of Sevana Electrical Appliances Private Limited and is not related to any existing directors.
