Kizi Apparels: Ajay Mishra resigns as Non-Executive Director

Kizi Apparels Ltd. has announced the resignation of Mr. Ajay Mishra (DIN: 07495905) from his position as Non-Executive Director, effective from the close of business hours on October 13, 2026. Mr. Mishra cited personal commitments, specifically increased professional commitments and time constraints, as the reason for his departure. As a result of his resignation, he will also cease to be a Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Chairman of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company. The company confirmed that Mr. Mishra has stated there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond those mentioned. This intimation was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
