SBI Funds Management appoints R.S. Srinivas Jain as Joint CEO

SBI Funds Management Limited announced the appointment of Mr. R.S. Srinivas Jain as the Joint Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective October 13, 2026. The Board of Directors approved this appointment based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Jain, who has been with the company for over 25 years, was previously the Executive President, Chief of Strategy, Digital & Technology, Marketing, and Head of Investor Relations. He brings over 34 years of experience in the BFSI sector, including 27 years in the Mutual Fund industry. The company also provided an updated list of Key Managerial Personnel authorized for disclosures.
