Kizi Apparels Receives ₹10.04 Lakh from Convertible Warrants

Kizi Apparels Ltd's board approved the receipt of the 13th tranche of consideration for allotment of Convertible Warrants. The company received ₹10,04,850 from Parshva Alloys Private Limited towards these warrants, which were issued at ₹15.50 each (including a premium of ₹5.50) to promoters/promoter group and public category on a preferential basis, in accordance with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018.
