Kizi Apparels Receives ₹23.4 Lakh from Warrant Allotment

Kizi Apparels Ltd's Board of Directors approved the receipt of ₹23,40,000, representing the 10th tranche of consideration for the allotment of convertible warrants. These warrants were issued at ₹15.50 each (including a premium of ₹5.50) to promoters and the public on a preferential basis, in accordance with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018. The allottees are Mr. Abhishek Nathani and Ms. Kiran Nathani. The board meeting was held on May 18, 2026.
