Kizi Apparels Receives ₹5.5 Lakh from Evolvion Advisory

Kizi Apparels Ltd's board approved the receipt of ₹5,50,000, the 12th tranche of consideration, for allotment of convertible warrants. The warrants, priced at ₹15.50 each (including a premium of ₹5.50), were issued to the Promoter/Promoter Group and public Category on a preferential basis. The consideration was received from Evolvion Advisory Private Limited.
