Kizi Apparels Receives ₹7.39 Lakh from Warrant Allotment

Kizi Apparels Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on May 21, 2026, approved the receipt of the 11th tranche of consideration amounting to ₹7,39,150 for the allotment of convertible warrants. These warrants were issued at ₹15.50 each (including a premium of ₹5.50) to promoters/promoter group and public category on a preferential basis, in accordance with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018. The consideration was received from allottee Ms. Kiran Nathani.
