KJMC Financial Appoints LKJ & Associates as Internal Auditor

KJMC Financial Services Ltd has appointed M/s. LKJ & Associates, LLP (formerly known as R V Luharuka & Co, LLP) as its Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. This decision was made following the completion of the tenure of the previous internal auditors, M/s Sanjay Raja Jain & Co. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 29, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. LKJ & Associates LLP has over 40 years of experience in auditing, taxation, corporate finance, and other related services.
