Chemfab Alkalis Appoints MSKA & Associates as Statutory Auditors

Chemfab Alkalis Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. MSKA & Associates LLP as its new Statutory Auditors for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. This appointment follows the expiry of the tenure of the current auditors, Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP. The Board of Directors also approved the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report. The board meeting was held on July 29, 2026.
