Mega Fin appoints Mathur & Co. as Statutory Auditors

Mega Fin India Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Mathur & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 001952C), as its Statutory Auditors. This appointment was approved by the company's members at an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on September 21, 2026.
