Mega Fin EGM held to approve Statutory & Secretarial Auditors

Mega Fin India Ltd held an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on September 21, 2026, via video conferencing. The meeting, attended by 19 members, directors, and key managerial personnel, commenced at 3:00 P.M. and concluded at 4:00 P.M. The agenda included resolutions for the appointment of the Statutory Auditor and Secretarial Auditor, which were put to vote through remote e-voting and e-voting at the EGM. The company informed that the voting results, along with the Scrutinizer’s Report, will be submitted to the Stock Exchanges as per SEBI regulations.
