Mega Fin Appoints Statutory & Secretarial Auditors at EGM

Mega Fin India Ltd. announced the appointment of new auditors following an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on September 21, 2026. The company's members approved the appointment of M/s. Mathur & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors. Their term will commence from the conclusion of this EGM until the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Additionally, M/s. Nishtha Khandelwal & Associates, Company Secretaries, were appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for the period from April 01, 2025, to March 31, 2026. These appointments were made in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations.
