Chemfab Alkalis Appoints MSKC & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors

Chemfab Alkalis Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. MSKC & Associates LLP as the Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 17th Annual General Meeting until the 22nd AGM. This appointment was approved by shareholders at the AGM held on September 9, 2026. The firm replaces Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, whose tenure has expired. MSKC & Associates LLP is an Indian LLP registered with ICAI and PCAOB, offering audit, tax, and advisory services.
