Hemo Organic Appoints V S S B & Associates as Statutory Auditor for 5 Years

Hemo Organic Ltd has approved the appointment of M/s. V S S B & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditor for a term of five consecutive years. This appointment, effective from the conclusion of the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 8, 2026, will extend until the conclusion of the 39th AGM. The previous auditors, M/s M A A K & Associates, completed their second term. The company expressed appreciation for their contributions. The appointment is in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations.
