Shipping Corporation of India Ltd (SCI) has appointed MUKUND M CHITALE & CO and S G C O & CO LLP as Joint Statutory Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. This appointment is in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and follows communication from the Comptroller and Auditor General of India.
