KJMC Financial Services Ltd: Q3 & 9M Results for Dec 2025, Resignation of Company Secretary, Appointment of New Company Secretary, and Statutory Auditors Appointment

KJMC Financial Services Ltd has announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company has reported a profit after tax of INR 1,666 Lakhs for the quarter and INR 19,876 Lakhs for the nine-month period. Mrs. Khushbu Bohra has resigned from her position as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, and Mr. Omkar Raghunath Bamne has been appointed as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. The Board has also appointed M/s. TLB & Co. as the new Statutory Auditors of the company. An Extra-Ordinary General Meeting has been convened for the appointment of Statutory Auditors.
