KJMC Financial Services Re-appoints Rajnesh Jain as Whole-Time Director

KJMC Financial Services Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Rajnesh Jain as Whole-Time Director for a further period of 3 years, effective August 11, 2026. TLB & Co. as Statutory Auditors. The 38th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 28, 2026.
