Trading Window Closed for Kkalpana Industries' Insiders Until After Q4 Results

Kkalpana Industries (India) Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for promoters, directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2026.
