KMF Builders & Developers Ltd to Approve Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for Q3 2025 in February 2026

KMF Builders & Developers Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 14th February 2026 to consider and approve the unaudited Standalone Financial Results in IND-AS format for the 3rd Quarter ended 31st December 2025. The meeting will take place at the company's registered office in Bangalore, Karnataka. The 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all directors, officers, and designated employees from 1st January 2026 and will open after 48 hours of the announcement and intimation of the results by the company to the Stock Exchanges.
