Medi Assist Healthcare Services Ltd reported a strong Q1 FY27 with revenue surging 24.1% year-on-year to ₹236.5 Cr. The company highlighted the logical closure of its Paramount integration, the signing of seven AI platform contracts, and the establishment of an international platform. Operating revenue grew to ₹236.5 Cr from ₹190.6 Cr in Q1 FY26. EBITDA stood at ₹48.0 Cr with a margin of 20.3%, and reported PAT was ₹27.6 Cr. The India TPA franchise saw significant growth with PUM up 26.8% and market share increasing to 37.6%. Technology revenue also jumped 55.5% to ₹7.8 Cr, with the AI platform moving into early monetization. The international business, through its subsidiary Mayfair, is transitioning into a structured growth platform with a live deployment in Thailand.
