KMS Medisurgi Recommends Final Dividend of ₹0.05 Per Share

KMS Medisurgi Ltd's Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.05 (0.5%) per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This recommendation is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 30, 2026. The record date for determining eligible shareholders is September 23, 2026, and the register of members will be closed from September 24 to September 30, 2026. The board also approved the Directors' Report, financial statements, and secretarial audit report for FY 2025-26.
