KMEWL: Trading Window Closed for Q2/H1 FY27 Results

Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Ltd (KMEWL) has announced the closure of its trading window for all Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, Connected Persons, and their immediate relatives. This closure is effective from Thursday, October 01, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The company stated that these financial results will be considered and approved by the Board of Directors on or before November 14, 2026. The specific date for the Board Meeting to consider these results will be intimated in due course.
