ACGL Board to Meet Oct 21 to Approve Audited Q2/H1 FY27 Results

Automobile Corporation of Goa Limited (ACGL) has informed BSE that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on Wednesday, October 21, 2026. The main agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with the accompanying Auditors' Reports. In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for Designated Persons of the company has been closed since September 23, 2026. This closure will continue until 48 hours after the publication of the said Audited Financial Results.
