Automobile Corp of Goa Appoints Swati Salgaocar as Director

Automobile Corporation of Goa Ltd has announced the appointment of Ms. Swati Shivanand Salgaocar as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director. Her term will be for five years, commencing from October 8, 2026, to October 7, 2031, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Salgaocar brings extensive experience, currently serving as Managing Director of V. M. Salgaocar & Brother Pvt Ltd and Director at Vimson Group. She holds degrees from Yale and Columbia Universities and has held leadership positions in industry bodies like CII and on the boards of Siemens Energy India Ltd. and Bajaj Electricals Ltd. She is also an active investor and advisor to early-stage companies.
