Cummins India Appoints Adegbile Adewunmi as MD & Additional Director

Cummins India Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Adegbile Adedapo Adewunmi as an Additional Director and Managing Director, also designated as Key Managerial Personnel. This appointment is effective from November 01, 2026, for a term of three consecutive years, subject to member and statutory approvals. Mr. Adewunmi is not related to any existing directors or KMPs and is not debarred from holding a director's office. He will also be authorized to determine the materiality of events for disclosures. The company will seek member approval via postal ballot and has appointed a scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
