Automobile Corp of Goa Appoints Swati Salgaocar as Director

Automobile Corporation of Goa Ltd announced the appointment of Ms. Swati Shivanand Salgaocar as an Additional, Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointment is effective from October 8, 2026, for a term of five years, concluding on October 7, 2031. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Salgaocar brings extensive experience from her roles as Managing Director of V. M. Salgaocar & Brother Pvt Ltd. and Director at the Vimson Group, with diverse interests in mining, real estate, and financial services. She also has a strong background in industry leadership and corporate governance, having served on various CII committees and as an Independent Director for other listed companies.
