Knowledge Realty Trust appoints SRBC & Co LLP as Statutory Auditors

The Board of Directors of Knowledge Realty Office Management Services Private Limited, Manager to Knowledge Realty Trust, approved the appointment of M/s S R B C & Co LLP as Statutory Auditors for three financial years (FY2026-27 to FY2028-29), subject to unitholder approval. They also appointed iVAS Partners as Independent Valuer for the same period. Additionally, the board approved convening the First Annual Meeting of Unitholders on July 10, 2026, to consider the Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
