Knowledge Realty Trust Plans ₹2000 Cr Debt Issuance

Knowledge Realty Trust, through its manager Knowledge Office Management Services Private Limited, announced plans to raise up to INR 1000 Crores via listed, rated, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures and up to INR 1000 Crores via listed, rated, redeemable commercial papers. These funds will be raised on a private placement basis in one or more tranches. The Borrowing Committee approved these measures in a meeting held on June 17, 2026.
