KNR Constructions Divests Remaining Stake in Subsidiary

KNR Constructions Limited has completed the divestment of its remaining 0.10% stake, representing 488 equity shares, in its subsidiary KNR Ramagiri Infra Private Limited (KRIPL) to Indus Infra Trust. Consequently, KRIPL is no longer a subsidiary of KNR Constructions. This transaction finalizes the company's exit from this particular subsidiary.
