Kokuyo Camlin Board Meeting on Aug 6 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

Kokuyo Camlin Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 6, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. Concurrently, the trading window, which was closed from July 1, 2026, for the publication of these results, will remain shut for 48 hours after their declaration. This announcement is made in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
